Full-Time Counselor

PEAK Psychological Wellness, PLLC is a thriving group practice that provides culturally responsive individual therapy and psychological evaluation from the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We are looking for a clinical therapist who is passionate about providing therapeutic services to a richly diverse client community. Individuals with specialized training in DEI and couples work are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position is ideal for clinicians who are eager to provide mental health services without the hassle of running a business. Those engaged in other private practice pursuits while working with PEAK will not be a good fit for this position. 

Required Qualifications

  • Completed masters or doctoral degree in psychology, clinical mental health, or social work.

  • Active and unrestricted license (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice in the state of Washington. Associate-level clinicians are welcome to apply.

  • Demonstrated experience working with historically oppressed and marginalized communities.

  • Interest in reflective practice, team collaboration, and community support.

  • Align with the values of PEAK Psychological Wellness.

  • Documented COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

 

  • Minimum 25 client contact hours weekly.

  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and collection of payments.

  • Attend weekly all-staff team meetings and trainings.

  • Attend regular case consultation with Director.

  • Learn the administrative duties that support running a group practice.
