Client Care Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator who will report to the Director and Owner of the practice, Dr. Sophia Rath. The practice is expected to expand in the next year and the preferred candidate will be able to grow with the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Commitment of 10 hours a week with the strong likelihood of increased hours as the practice grows. 

  • Conduct pre-intake phone consultations with potential clients and schedule intakes.

  • Provide administrative and billing support (e.g., track intake paperwork, verify benefits)

  • Maintain and up-to-date database of area providers and community resources. Provide timely referrals to clients.

  • Create, edit, proofread, and format professional documents. 

  • Attend mandatory weekly team meetings with staff and Director.

  • Assist Director in other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Align with the values of PEAK Psychological Wellness, PLLC.

  • 2 years of demonstrated work experience.

  • Strong, detail-oriented administrative and organizational skills.

  • Works well independently and in group settings.

  • Strong MS Office and Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) skills.

  • Access to reliable transportation for in-office duties.

  • Consistent access to phone, computer, and reliable internet connection for remote duties.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $17-25/hour commiserate with experience.

  • Flexible schedule part-time with the strong likelihood of increased hours as the practice grows.
