Testing Psychologist

We are looking for a Testing Psychologist to conduct psychological evaluation with youth and adults. Our primary areas of evaluations are for ADHD, learning ability, and diagnostic clarification of other mental health conditions. We are also growing into conducting ASD and forensic evaluations. Postdoctoral trainees seeking psychologist licensure in Washington are encouraged to apply.

This position is ideal for clinicians who are eager to provide mental health services without the hassle of running a business. Those engaged in other private practice pursuits while working with PEAK will not be a good fit for this position. 

Required Qualifications

  • Completed doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-approved program and completed an APA-approved internship before start date.

  • Focused and recent clinical experience in psychological diagnostic evaluation of ADHD in youth and adults.

  • Knowledge or interest in Therapeutic Assessment, attachment, and trauma.

  • Interest in reflective practice, team collaboration, and community support.

  • Align with the values of PEAK Psychological Wellness.

  • Documented COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct comprehensive neuro/psychological evaluations that include intake, test administration, collateral interviews, report writing, and feedback.

  • Consult with the Director on testing cases.

  • Attend weekly all-staff team meetings and trainings.

  • Attend regular case consultation with testing psychologists.

  • Learn the administrative duties that support running a group practice.
