I believe that therapy needs to be a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves and gain a deeper understanding of their struggles. It's important to me that you feel comfortable, supported, and free to be fully yourself in our sessions.

I enjoy working with adults and teens looking to explore issues related to anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, intergenerational trauma, attachment and relationships. I’m passionate about helping people understand how their childhood and family of origin (FOO) experiences impact them today and guiding them through their journey of healing and self-discovery. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from inner child work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindful self-compassion while allowing flexibility to tailor therapy to fit each person’s unique needs.

Growing up in India and later moving to Seattle gave me firsthand experience of living between two cultures. I believe that this helps me better understand the unique family dynamics and cultural backgrounds my clients bring. I’m committed to practicing with cultural humility and an appreciation for intersectionality. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, accepted, and empowered—and I welcome your feedback on what feels helpful in our work together.

I hold an MAEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University, am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and licensed as an LMHCA in Washington. When I’m not working, you can find me catching up on shows, spending time with friends and family, going on long walks, and trying (and mostly failing) to pet neighborhood cats!
