Licensed Mental Health Counselor
and Clinical Supervisor

I strive to create an honest, collaborative therapy space where clients can make sense of their feelings, strengthen boundaries, and better understand patterns shaped by relationships, past experiences, and broader systems. I value mutual feedback and view therapy as a shared process grounded in curiosity, reflection, and respect for client autonomy.
As a Latina counselor, my work is informed by cultural responsiveness, social justice, and an awareness of how identity, power, and systemic factors impact emotional experiences. I aim to hold both individual stories and the larger contexts in which they exist.

My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational-cultural theory, interpersonal process, narrative practice, and somatic perspectives. My work is guided by feminist, anti-racist, queer-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and body-liberation frameworks. Rather than focusing on fixing or pathologizing we focus on slowing things down, noticing patterns, and building clarity around values and boundaries.

I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating identity development, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, disability, neurodivergence, and multicultural experiences. In my roles as an evaluator and supervisor, I bring the same values of collaboration, transparency, and contextual understanding into the work.
I received my M.A. in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, relaxing with my dog, growing my indoor plant collection, and trying new restaurants.
