PEAK Psychological Wellness, PLLC is a thriving group practice that provides culturally responsive individual therapy and psychological evaluation from the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We are looking for a clinical supervisor who is passionate about training the next generation of social justice-oriented and culturally competent mental health providers. Individuals with specialized training in DEI principles, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming care are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

​

  • Active and unrestricted license (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice in the state of Washington. 

  • Completion of two years professional experience post-licensure + training in clinical supervision.

  • Demonstrated experience working with historically oppressed and marginalized communities.

  • Interest in reflective practice, team collaboration, and community support.

  • Align with the values of PEAK Psychological Wellness.

  • Documented COVID-19 vaccination.

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Generous compensation commensurate with license status and experience. Starting at $54/hour independently licensed Master's, $60/hour independently licensed PhD/PsyD. Private practice model.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide clinical supervision to mental health counselor associates.

  • Maintain a therapy caseload of 

  • Ensure timely completion of documentation.

  • Attend routine all-staff team meetings and clinical group consultation.

  • Attend regular case consultation with Director.

  • Learn the administrative duties that support running a group practice.​
