We are looking for a Testing Psychologist to conduct psychological evaluation with youth and adults. Our primary areas of evaluations are for ADHD, Autism, learning ability, and diagnostic clarification of other mental health conditions. We are also growing into conducting forensic evaluations. Candidates who are interested in providing clinical supervision

Required Qualifications

​

  • Active and unrestricted Washington state psychologist license.

  • Completed doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-approved program and completion an APA-approved internship before start date.

  • Advanced training** and at least 1 year of post-doctoral experience in neuropsychological, cognitive, psychological, and/or personality assessment of youth and/or adults​

    • **  beyond required coursework, e.g., specialized practicum, advanced field placement, clinical rotation.

  • Working knowledge or interest in Therapeutic Assessment, attachment, and trauma.

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting the QTBIPOC community and other historically underserved groups.

  • Exceptional clinical skills and willingness to engage in critical self-reflection.

  • Proactive approach to professional growth through supervision and consultation.

  • Self-initiative that supports strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Reliable and private access to phone, computer, and internet + reliable transportation that supports hybrid work.

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Generous compensation commensurate with years of experience and assessment caseload.

    • Pay range for an evaluator one year post-licensure billing 25 – 30 clinical hours/week:  $82,750 - $98,050 annually

  • Flexible hybrid remote/in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

 â€‹

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations start to finish (from intake, test administration, and collateral interviewing to report writing and feedback).

  • Minimum 25 billable hours weekly.

  • Timely completion of clinical documentation.

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision/consultation, and trainings.

  • Adherence to all relevant laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.

  • Complete minor administrative duties related to casework and employment at the practice.
