We are looking for a full-time licensed therapist who is passionate about providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care to a richly diverse client community. This is a W-2 position that involves providing services though telehealth and/or in person at our Eastlake office. Ideal candidates have demonstrated experience working with couples and/or

providing clinical supervision.

Required Qualifications

​

  • Masters or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.

  • Active and unrestricted license (e.g., licensed psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice in the state of Washington.

  • Commitment to supporting the QTBIPOC community and other historically underserved groups.

  • Exceptional clinical skills and willingness to engage in critical self-reflection.

  • Proactive approach to professional growth through supervision and consultation.

  • Self-initiative that supports strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Reliable and private access to phone, computer, and internet + reliable transportation that supports hybrid work.

  • Desire to plant professional roots and commit to longterm career development at PEAK Psychological Wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Generous compensation commensurate with license type, years of experience, and client caseload. Salary for full-time clinicians (min 25 client hours/week + admin time) starts at:  

    • Master's Level, associate requiring clinical supervision: $67, 500-$78,750 annually

    • Master’s Level, non-associate $78,750 - $92,250 annually

    • Doctoral Level $87,187 - $102,375 annually

Responsibilities

 â€‹

  • Minimum 25 client contact hours weekly.

  • Timely completion of clinical documentation.

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision/consultation, and trainings.

  • Adherence to all relevant laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.

  • Learn the administrative duties that support running a group practice.
